Sigma Auto Tube Filler
The Sigma automatic tube filler, is designed for the filling
and sealing of plastic, laminate and metal tubes.
This unit is low cost and ideal for the food and cosmetic
industries.
The filler may be used with liquid, creams and pastes by means
of volumetric filling.
The Sigma may also be equipment with different filling systems.
Tubes are inserted into an automatic tube magazine with a
moving arm, the arm places the tubes into the indexing starwheel.
Once the tube is placed into indexing starwheel, it is transferred
to the orienting station, where the tube is oriented according
to the photocell spot. The tube is then filled, sealed (welded),
coded and cut. (cooling also available).
Sealing jaws are equipped with exchangeable characters to
mark the code, batch and date, on a weld.
