Sigma Automatic Tube Filler

The Sigma automatic tube filler is designed for loading, filling and sealing plastic, laminate and metal tubes.

The economically priced Sigma is ideal for the food and cosmetic industries.

The Sigma comes standard with a piston filler set up, yet can be equipped with positive
displacement gear pumps allowing for a wide range of product viscosities.

The large tube magazine allows for easy operator loading. Tubes are automatically loaded into
the starwheel and properly oriented using a photocell sensor and rotating station.

 

Tubes are then filled, sealed, coded, cut and ejected.
